Listed below are several support options.
ASAP Support
This is where we roll up or sleeves and work together to help you
solve your difficulty. Our job is to work with you to analyze your
issue, create a diagnosis and provide action that will remedy the
situation. We will include help articles sent by fax or email and/or
remote on-line support via WebEx. You can purchase ASAP support
in two ways:
Per Incident - $50.00 for the first half hour then
$2.50 for each additional minute. Charges will not exceed $100.00
per incident.
Prepaid Support - At $150.00 for ten support incidents,
this option offers the greatest value. An incident is one software
issue or problem. In some circumstances it may take several phone
calls to close the incident. The prepaid phone support contract
is valid for one year from purchase date.
Office Visit - Occasionally you may need an on-site
visit to resolve a particularly sticky issue. Our minimal fee for
an on-site visit is $125.00. Mileage will be charged for visits
over 50 miles round trip.
